Highline West State Park Master Plan | Loma, Colorado

overview

Following our 2016 Highline State Park Redevelopment Master Plan, Design Concepts developed a master plan for a 171-acre expansion located on the west side of the existing Highline Lake State Park. This highly used and popular park needed to expand its amenities to the west side of Highline Lake to provide additional outdoor recreational activities and experiences to its visitors.

The park master plan amended the 2016 Redevelopment Master Plan with focus area descriptions, conceptual layouts, cost estimates and determined priorities and phasing of the design.
