Carter strives to balance nature and humanity in his work creating better built environments. That dynamic drives his efforts to plan and design spaces that foster community and inspire beauty. He enjoys both ‘big picture’ and small-scale projects. His years of experience and professional expertise include project management, group facilitation, systems planning, conceptual design, GIS analysis, cost estimation, and construction documentation.
